National Ranking

2009 is is past and it was a tough year for the automotive business.  However, things here at Planet Honda were pretty good.  We moved our national ranking up from #20 to the 11th largest Honda dealership in the country.

How is 2010 starting out?  Not too bad at all!  While the market was flat in January with Honda reporting national sales down 5% year over year, Planet Honda finished January 9th in the country with a 29% increase year over year.

How do we do it?  Our unique, customer-centric focus has helped us sell more Hondas than our competitors.  So we tip our hats to you, our loyal customers!

2010 Honda CrossTour

Honda has a new addition coming – the 2010 Honda CrossTour.

The all new Honda CrossTour is based on the legendary Accord platform and will be available in both front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive formats.  The CrossTour will compete directly with the Toyota Venza and provides car-like ride and handling characteristics with the capacity and versatility of an SUV.  The CrossTour should be arriving shortly!

The Planet Honda Challenge

Since I was a little kid October always meant football season and all the great competition that comes with it.  Whether its watching college football on Saturday or the NFL on Sunday (and Monday!) I’m a fanatic about watching great athletes compete. 

This gave me a great idea – since football is all about competition, we’d have our OWN competition here at Planet Honda.  Our theme for the month of October is the Planet Hond Challenge.  We’re pitting our line up of vehicles against Nissan, Toyota and Hyundai.  We know that our Hondas deliver the lowest cost of ownership, the highest residuals, the best MPG performance and the lowest payments.  But don’t just believe us – see for yourself!

During the Planet Honda Challenge we dare you to compare our Honda lineup against the competition.  We know that when you consider all of the factors that go into buying a vehicle we can deliver the best vehicle at the lowest payment.
